Connect your track record, training gap and intended contribution without generic claims.

Name the training gap

Explain the clinical or academic capability you cannot yet develop fully in your current role.

Show evidence of direction

Use two or three specific examples from practice, research, teaching or service improvement that support your proposed pathway.

Make fit testable

Refer to documented programme features and state how you expect to contribute. Avoid prestige-only language and claims you cannot evidence.
